Do this by creating spacious, LIGHT AND BRIGHT uncluttered appearing rooms that are SUPER clean and INVITING

CENTRAL MASS GENERAL EXTERIOR:

Replace any rotted wood, repaint, refresh, especially front door
Clean all windows
Trim overgrown bushes
Keep lawn freshly mowed
Add color with flowers or seasonal decor
MULCH to make everything appear neater and well kept
Create an inviting outdoor space in backyard with furniture

CENTRAL MASS INTERIOR GENERAL:

Turn on all lights for showings
Have BRIGHT LIGHTS AND ADD LAMPS IF NEEDED
General rule : remove 1/3 of stuff from each room to make it appear bigger

CENTRAL MASS KITCHEN:

Clean all magnets, photos, and papers off fridge
Keep all things off counters- creates illusion of LOTS of counter space

Kitchen sink must sparkle, put away sponges, dishcloths, soap
Keep all cleaning supplies neatly tucked away
Keep pantry and cabinets neat- buyers open all doors
Keep animal food dishes tucked away during showings
Empty garbage before showings

CENTRAL MASS BATHS

Very clean. Put all personal items hidden away
Keep all sinks and counters clean and free of all products and accessories
Towels should be clean and folded neatly
Close toilets
Clean tubs- buyers WILL look

Central Mass LIVING ROOMS:

All blankets should be put away
Decorative pillows used only .. keep neutral
Depersonalize and declutter, including tv remotes, computers,coasters, photos

Remove any bulky oversized furniture
Remove all pet things
Dust and vacuum before showings

BEDROOMS:

Remove 1/3 of stuff from all closets
Remove extra furniture
Always have bed made and blinds and curtains OPEN to let light in
CLEAN and decluttered

OVERALL ODORS

Prevent pet odors…buyers notice this immediately
If you smoke, try to avoid smoking inside when your home is on market

Don’t feel you have to do all these things, it can be overwhelming. This is just the ideal, do the most you feel comfortable doing and call it a day!! 🙂
